Privacy Policy

1. We believe that although the Web is made to connect people, your entitlement to privacy is a fundamental right that must always be respected and defended.

2. We want to encourage connections between ABeautifulPlanet.org members, but not if it violates the above principle.

3. We will never sell your data to any third party.

4. We will never provide any of your data to a third party without your written permission.

5. We will ensure that you can determine which pieces of the information you provide us are shown to other people (in your member profile or other parts of ABeautifulPlanet.org)

6. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any financial information you provide us, including credit card numbers, is stored securely.

7. We ask you to respect the privacy preferences of other ABeautifulPlanet.org members.

8. We ask you to remember that any information you choose to post publicly (contributions, comments, photos, videos, etc) on this site is, of course, public (for all to see).

Terms of Use

1. This website is provided as a public service to promote the development of the AbP Live project and the positive use of the Internet in general. It encourages and welcomes anyone willing to join use in this pursuit.

2. Anyone can join the ABeautifulPlanet.org Community by providing basic contact information (name, sur name and email address).

3. ABeautifulPlanet.org is seeking to grow a global collaboration network (online & offline) to develop the Abp Live project. Pease engage in a reasonable exchange of intelligent and constructive ideas, avoiding flaming, name-calling, obscenities and insults. Humor, of course, is welcome!

4. All contributions are considered “For the soul benefit of humanity” and you will not seek remuneration, a profit or legal ownership of that contribution unless agreed otherwise with the ABeautifulPlanet.org central management Team. You may however request on-site accreditation for your contribution(s). 

5. Please respect our members’ requests. Do not pester them, game them or spam them in any way.

6. Please respect the law. Do not post copyrighted material (unless you own the copyright) or attempt to engage in illegal behavior of any sort.

7. ABeautifulPlanet.org reserves the right to remove any comments or content from the site, for any reason and without prior warning.

8. If you violate these terms, or otherwise act disrespectfully, disruptively or illegally on ABeautifulPlanet.org, we reserve the right to terminate your membership, at any time, and without prior warning.
